Gaoshan Valve — Z45T-10 Gate Valve
Model: Z45T-10 / Z45T-10C | Pressure: PN10 | Connection: Flanged | Medium: Water
Non-Corrosive Fluids
The Z45T-10 and Z45T-10C are flanged bronze-seated non-rising stem (NRS) gate valves engineered for water supply and distribution networks. Featuring a brass (bronze) seat ring that provides durable metal-to-metal sealing, these valves are widely used in municipal waterworks, irrigation systems, fire protection pipelines, and general industrial water handling applications.
The Z45T-10 variant is constructed from gray cast iron body, bonnet, and disc for economical general-purpose installations, while the Z45T-10C model utilizes WCB cast steel components for superior mechanical properties in higher-demand environments. Both versions feature a 2Cr13 stainless steel valve stem, brass stem nut, and PTFE stem packing for reliable long-term operation. Available in sizes from DN40 up to DN1000 at PN10 pressure rating with working temperatures up to 135°C, this series complies with GB/T 12232 design standards and PN95 flange connection dimensions.

- Install vertically or horizontally as required by pipeline orientation. Ensure adequate clearance for handwheel operation and maintenance access.
- Flush the pipeline thoroughly before installation — debris can scratch or damage the brass seat ring during initial commissioning.
- Do not use the handwheel as a lifting point. Excessive force on the handwheel may damage the bonnet assembly, stem threads, and PTFE packing seal.
- For valves installed but idle over extended periods, operate the handwheel periodically (monthly recommended) to prevent the brass seat ring from sticking due to mineral deposits.
- Inspect PTFE packing during routine maintenance and replace if signs of compression set, extrusion, or leakage around the stem area are observed.
