Gaoshan Valves 2024 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony

On January 19, 2025, Gaoshan Valves held its 2024 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony. The entire team gathered to review the achievements and challenges of the past year and to outline strategic goals for 2025.

The event recognized excellence across various departments and individual performances:

Safety Excellence Awards: Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3, Iron Casting Workshop, and Steel Casting Workshop were honored for maintaining a record of safety without accidents.
Outstanding Department & Workshop Awards: The Sales Department, Supply Department, Workshop 1, and Iron Casting Workshop received recognition for their outstanding contributions.
Individual Honors:
- Pioneer Awards: 23 individuals, including Yang Jie and Yang Zhiyong, were recognized as pioneers.
- Performance Awards: Top-tier awards were presented to Yang Jie (Special Prize, 3 recipients), Li Zhixin (First Prize, 197 recipients), Li Jinrong (Second Prize, 36 recipients), and Li Weihua (Third Prize, 7 recipients).
- Skill & Innovation: 32 highly skilled employees, including Wang Zhiqiang, were honored, and Niu Yanwei and two others received the Technical Innovation Award.

The company highlighted that the exemplary performance of these awardees serves as an inspiration for all staff to strive for excellence as the company moves forward.
