The best-selling steam trap in Gaoshan’s line. It uses only one moving part — a hardened stainless steel disc that cycles open and closed on the Bernoulli fluid dynamic effect. No bellows, floats, or levers to wear out, so it holds up to water hammer and works in almost any mounting orientation.

Free Float Ball Steam Trap

Continuous discharge · high pressure to PN40
A precision-ground stainless steel float ball rises and falls with the condensate level, giving smooth, continuous drainage instead of intermittent cycling — no water accumulation, maximum heat transfer. The only Gaoshan trap series rated to PN40 (4.0 MPa) and 425°C, with a built-in Y-series air vent for both cold and hot non-condensable gases.

Thermostatic Steam Trap

Bellows type · lowest steam loss · freeze protection
A liquid-expansion bellows element senses condensate temperature and closes tight before live steam can escape — rated at ≤0.5% no-load steam loss, among the lowest in the industry. It stays open when cold, so the trap drains completely on shutdown and needs no extra freeze protection outdoors.
