Gaoshan Valve — Z41T-10 Gate Valve
Model: Z41T-10 / Z41T-10C | Pressure: PN10 | Connection: Flanged | Medium: Water
Steam
Non-Corrosive Fluids
The Z41T-10 and Z41T-10C are flanged bronze-seated gate valves designed for water, steam, and non-corrosive fluid control in industrial piping systems. Featuring a bronze (brass) seat ring that provides durable sealing performance, these valves are widely used in water supply networks, heating systems, and general industrial applications where moderate pressure and temperature conditions apply.
The Z41T-10 model uses a gray cast iron body for cost-effective general-purpose service, while the Z41T-10C variant is constructed from WCB cast steel for enhanced mechanical strength and durability under more demanding operating conditions. Both models feature a 2Cr13 stainless steel valve stem for extended corrosion resistance. Available in sizes from DN40 to DN600 at PN10 pressure rating, this series meets GB/T 12232 design standards and is suitable for working temperatures up to 135°C.

- Install vertically or horizontally as required by pipeline orientation. Ensure adequate space for handwheel operation and maintenance access.
- Flush the pipeline thoroughly before installation to prevent debris from damaging the bronze seat ring during initial operation.
- Do not use the handwheel as a lifting point — excessive force can damage the bonnet assembly, stem threads, and packing seal.
- For valves installed but idle for extended periods, operate the handwheel periodically (monthly recommended) to prevent seat ring sticking or corrosion seizing.
- Inspect stem packing and gaskets during routine maintenance. Replace asbestos gaskets if any signs of deterioration are observed.
