⚙️ Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
- Pre-Installation Check: Inspect the valve for damage, especially the stem. Clean the pipeline to remove debris that could scratch the sealing surface.
- Lifting & Handling: Do not lift the valve by the handwheel or stem. Attach the lifting sling to the valve body/flange.
- Operation Notes: For high-temperature valves above 200℃, perform “hot tightening” of bolts after initial operation to prevent leakage.
- Storage & Freeze Protection: Drain water from the valve if idle in cold weather to prevent freezing damage.
