Core Strengths
Double Seal — Bellows + Packing
Austenitic stainless steel bellows provides the primary stem seal, backed up by a secondary flexible graphite packing gland — effectively eliminating fugitive stem emissions. Ideal for hazardous media where zero-leak stem sealing is mandatory.
Long Fatigue Life Bellows Element
The bellows element is engineered for a high cycle life, absorbing stem movement without cracking or fatigue. This eliminates the routine stem packing maintenance required on conventional globe valves.
Robust Carbon Steel Construction
WCB carbon steel body and bonnet provide excellent structural strength and durability for PN16/PN25 service. Hard alloy seat surfacing option available for extended wear life on steam and high-velocity applications.
Flexible Graphite Backup Packing
Secondary flexible graphite packing serves as an emergency seal — even in the unlikely event of bellows failure, the valve remains leak-tight at the stem. This dual-barrier design ensures operational safety in critical service.
Product Overview

The WJ41H series is a flanged bellows-sealed globe valve engineered for applications where zero stem leakage is non-negotiable. Unlike conventional globe valves that rely solely on gland packing for stem sealing, the WJ41H features an austenitic stainless steel bellows element welded between the stem and bonnet, creating a hermetically sealed barrier that eliminates fugitive emissions at the stem. A flexible graphite packing gland serves as a secondary backup seal, providing double-barrier protection in the unlikely event of bellows wear or failure.

The bellows design also dramatically reduces maintenance requirements, as the primary seal is maintenance-free for the rated cycle life of the bellows element — no periodic packing adjustment or replacement is needed under normal operating conditions. Body and bonnet are cast in WCB carbon steel for reliable PN16 or PN25 service up to 425°C. The valve stem and disc sealing face are chrome stainless steel (2Cr13), with an optional hard alloy (stellite) surfacing on the seat for demanding steam and high-temperature oil applications.

Available in DN25–DN150 with a rising stem design for clear open/closed position indication. The WJ41H-16C suits general PN16 water, steam, and non-corrosive media, while the WJ41H-25 extends service to PN25 higher-pressure systems. Compliant with GB/T design and testing standards, this series is widely specified for steam distribution, thermal oil heating circuits, chemical transfer lines, district heating, and any service where stem leakage poses a safety, environmental, or product-quality risk.

Installation & Maintenance Notes
  • Install with flow direction matching the arrow cast on the valve body — globe valves are directional and will not seal properly if reversed.
  • The bellows element is a welded, maintenance-free primary seal. Do not attempt to disassemble or adjust the bellows — this can damage the hermetic weld.
  • Periodically inspect the secondary packing gland for any signs of media leakage, which would indicate bellows damage. Tighten packing gland evenly if needed — but do not over-tighten.
  • For steam service, install a steam trap downstream to prevent condensate hammer and thermal shock to the bellows element.
  • Allow adequate clearance above the handwheel for full stem travel. The rising stem provides visual open/close position indication.
Typical Applications
  • Steam Distribution Networks & District Heating Systems
  • Thermal Oil Heat Transfer & Hot Oil Circulation Loops
  • Chemical & Petrochemical Transfer Lines (Non-Corrosive)
  • Pharmaceutical & Food-Grade Process Piping
  • Hazardous Media Service Requiring Fugitive Emission Control
  • Boiler Feedwater, Condensate Return & High-Purity Water Systems
