The RJ41F-25 series is a flanged globe valve purpose-built for gas service applications — specifically liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas, compressed natural fuel gas (CNF), and other combustible media requiring strict leak-proof and fire-safe performance. Operating at PN25 with a working temperature limit of 100°C, this valve addresses the unique safety demands of hazardous gas pipelines where any stem or seat leakage poses explosion risk and regulatory non-compliance.
A key design feature is the dual-seal seating arrangement: the disc carries a 2Cr13 stainless steel metal-to-metal sealing face backed by a PTFE soft seal ring, delivering both fire-safe metal contact capability and bubble-tight soft-seat shutoff for low-pressure gas testing. The body and bonnet are cast from WCB carbon steel for robust structural strength, while the valve stem uses 2Cr13 stainless steel for corrosion resistance against moisture-laden gas environments. Expanded graphite stem packing provides reliable high-integrity sealing across the full operating range.
Available in DN25 through DN200 with rising-stem OS&Y construction providing clear position indication. Flange connections follow standard dimensions per Page P95 of the product catalog. The RJ41F-25 is widely deployed as main line isolation, branch shut-off, and emergency block valves in city gate stations, gas distribution networks, industrial LPG storage facilities, CNG filling stations, and petrochemical plant gas utility systems worldwide.
Shell test pressure = 1.5× PN (3.8 MPa); Seal test pressure = 1.1× PN (2.8 MPa). Maximum working temperature limited to 100°C to ensure PTFE seal ring and expanded graphite packing integrity.

- Install with flow direction matching the arrow cast on the valve body — globe valves are directional and will not seal properly if reversed.
- For gas service, always perform a soap-bubble leak test at the stem packing after installation before commissioning.
- Never operate the valve rapidly on gas lines — open and close slowly to prevent water hammer and pressure surge damage downstream.
- Ensure proper grounding and bonding of the valve body to piping to prevent static discharge ignition in flammable gas service.
- Periodically inspect PTFE seal ring condition during planned shutdowns. Replace if cracking or deformation is observed.
