Product Overview
The BQ940H Electric Eccentric Semi-Ball Valve is a new-generation valve developed by Gaoshan Valve based on imported advanced semi-ball valve technology. It combines the sealing advantages of a ball valve with the flow-control characteristics of a butterfly valve, making it ideal for pipelines carrying media with impurities, slurry, and particulate matter. The electric actuator provides precise 90° opening/closing with fully automated remote control, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, water supply, drainage, and automated process systems.

Novel Design & Reliable Sealing
Simple structure with beautiful appearance. The eccentric design ensures the ball surface and valve seat contact and separate rapidly during opening and closing, minimizing friction and extending service life.
Precision 90° Electric Actuation
Quarter-turn (90°) operation with small torque and smooth handling. Electric actuation enables precise positioning, remote control, and full integration with DCS/PLC automated process systems.
Self-Compensating Seal
Under eccentric operation, the disc and seat generate pretight force to seal. Micro wear on sealing surfaces is automatically compensated during operation, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
Energy Efficient
Low friction coefficient and self-adjusting seal reduce operating torque and energy consumption. The hard alloy sealing surface resists abrasion from particulate media.

Structure & Dimensions
The BQ940H electric eccentric semi-ball valve consists of a carbon steel body, hard alloy-sealed semi-ball disc, stainless steel stem, and multi-turn or partial-turn electric actuator. The eccentric design enables rapid sealing contact and separation, minimizing wear on particulate-laden media. The electric actuator provides precise torque control and position feedback for automated operation.

The BQ940H is equipped with a multi-turn or partial-turn intelligent electric actuator providing precise quarter-turn operation. Standard features include:

Installation Guidelines

Packaging & Shipping
Each valve is individually packed with protective end caps, sealed in a poly bag, and secured in a plywood case or export-standard wooden crate. Large-size valves (DN≥600) are shipped on steel pallets. Electric actuators are packed with desiccant and separately secured. All shipments include a packing list, material certificate, test report, and actuator wiring diagram. We support FOB, CIF, DAP, and other Incoterms.
