⚙️ Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

  • Installation Position: Can be installed in any position in the pipeline.
  • Flow Direction: Install according to the arrow mark on the valve body (media flows from under the disc).
  • Handling: Do not use the handwheel or actuator as a lifting point.
  • Operation: Prohibit long-term use in half-open position, as this will accelerate seat wear.
  • Maintenance: Periodically check the packing gland for leaks; retighten or replace packing if needed.
