Z45X Resilient Seated Gate Valve
- Flat Bottom Design: Prevents debris accumulation, ensuring more reliable sealing performance.
- Fully Rubber-Coated Disc: The entire gate disc is encapsulated in NBR rubber for zero leakage and corrosion resistance.
- Low Operating Torque: Triple O-ring stem seal reduces friction for smooth, light operation with no leakage.
- Compact & Lightweight: Small size and low weight for easy installation and maintenance.
- Harsh Environment Compatibility: Corrosion-resistant internal parts suitable for sewage and challenging working conditions.
Model Series: Z45X-10 / Z45X-16 | Pressure Class: PN10 / PN16 | Size Range: DN50 ~ DN1000

The Z45X resilient seated gate valve is a widely used industrial valve designed primarily for water supply, drainage, and oil pipeline systems. It features a unique elastic rubber-coated gate structure that achieves reliable sealing through the full encapsulation of the gate body with EPDM or NBR rubber material.
Unlike traditional metal-seated gate valves, the resilient seat design compensates for minor surface imperfections and thermal expansion, ensuring consistent zero-leakage performance throughout the service life. Available in PN10 and PN16 pressure classes with sizes up to DN1000, it is the preferred choice for municipal waterworks, fire protection systems, and industrial fluid control applications.

- Install vertically or horizontally as required. For underground applications, specify a buried extension spindle when ordering.
- Ensure pipeline cleanliness before installation — debris can damage the rubber-coated seat during first operation.
- Do not use the handwheel as a lifting point to avoid damaging the bonnet assembly and stem mechanism.
- For valves installed but idle for extended periods, operate the handwheel periodically to prevent rubber seat sticking.
- Inspect O-ring stem seals annually and replace if signs of aging or cracking are visible.
