1. Product Overview

The Gaoshan valve Z41T-10/10C is a robust flanged gate valve designed for reliable shut-off in water, steam, and oil pipelines. The valve features a rising stem with a rigid single wedge, ensuring clear visual indication of open/closed status and tight sealing performance.

The Z41T-10 is constructed from gray cast iron, while the upgraded Z41T-10C model uses cast steel (WCB) for enhanced strength and compatibility with steam and oil media. The brass seat seal provides excellent wear resistance and long service life.

6. Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

  • Do not use the handwheel or actuator as a lifting point, and avoid impact.
  • Install vertically (stem vertical, handwheel on top).
  • For valves with bypass, open the bypass first to balance pressure before operation.
  • For frequently operated valves, lubricate the stem at least once per month.
  • Install in the correct position and orientation as per design requirements.
  • Before installation, perform shell (1.5x PN) and seat (1.1x PN) tests to ensure no leakage, complying with GB50243 standards.
